Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At AIRA ACCESSORIES, we take pride in creating high-quality anti-tarnish jewellery designed for everyday wear. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns or Cash Refunds
We currently do not offer returns or cash refunds once an order has been delivered.
Under our exchange policy:
Only replacement or store credit will be issued.
No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Exchanges are only applicable in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.
Mandatory Opening Video
An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all exchange requests.
The video must:
Be recorded from the moment the package is unopened.
Clearly show the shipping label and outer packaging.
Clearly display the item and the issue/defect.
Be continuous and unedited.
Requests raised without a proper opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Exchange Eligibility
We only offer exchanges if the item has a genuine manufacturing defect.
What Qualifies for Exchange
This includes, but is not limited to:
Tarnish or discoloration caused by a manufacturing defect (not improper care).
Broken clasps, hinges, or closures damaged during manufacturing.
Loose stones or prongs caused by production defects.
Plating defects or peeling resulting from manufacturing issues.
Bent or warped items caused by manufacturing errors.
Missing components or pieces due to production oversight.
Incorrect item received.
What Does Not Qualify for Exchange
Exchanges will not be processed for:
Normal wear and tear.
Minor scratches or surface marks.
Tarnish or damage caused by improper storage or care.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
Exposure to perfumes, chemicals, and harsh cleaning agents.
Loss of shine over time due to regular usage.
Items worn extensively without proper care.
Change of mind, personal preference, style, or sizing issues.
Sale or clearance items, unless found defective.
Condition of Returned Items
For exchanges to be processed:
Items must be returned in their original condition, or as close as possible while showing the defect.
Original packaging and documentation must be included wherever available.
The item must be clean and free from additional damage.
All components, including clasps, chains, boxes, pouches, and certificates, must be included.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in the exchange request being declined.
Shipping Charges on Exchanges
Reverse and forward shipping charges are applicable on all exchanges unless the product is confirmed to have a genuine manufacturing defect.
Store Credit Policy
All approved exchanges are fulfilled strictly in the form of store credit.
Store Credit Terms
Store credit will equal the full original purchase value of the defective item.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Store credit can be used to purchase any item available on our website.
Store credit is non-transferable.
Store credit cannot be converted into cash or refunded monetarily.
Store credit will expire after 12 months from the date of issue.
Exchange Request Timeline
All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Product Care Note
Our jewellery is made using anti-tarnish and water-resistant materials. However, product longevity may vary depending on usage, storage, skin chemistry, moisture exposure, perfumes, chemicals, and overall care.
Proper jewellery care is strongly recommended to maintain the finish, shine, and durability of each piece.
