Shipping & Delivery 

At AIRA ACCESSORIES, we strive to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Within Bangalore: 1–3 working days
Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
Rest of India: 2–7 working days

Please note:

Working days include Monday to Friday only.
Sundays and public holidays are excluded from delivery timelines.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.
Orders below ₹1499 will incur applicable shipping charges at checkout.
Shipping charges may vary during special promotions, sales, or if mentioned otherwise on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your shipment in real time.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

AIRA ACCESSORIES will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Incorrect contact information
Multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier partner

Any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery will have to be borne by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please record an opening video and contact us immediately at airaaccessories.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders.
